I have a situation with a vehicle I am not sure what to do about and feel like the insurance company will do what they can to not pay the claim from prior experience. Although my situation doesn’t fall under their purview, I received a call back from Amanda within 10 mins even at night, got advice on what to do next, phone number of a place I can call for assistance and felt as if I was listened to.
